Update

I figured it was time for another update, although I can't say there is an abundance of new information to share.  Since my last post, our dossier is officially complete and in Russia ... we received our Acceptance letter/form from the USCIS shortly after my last post.  So, I made a round-trip to Springfield, IL to get the form Apostilled and overnighted to our agency to be sent on to Russia.  Beyond that, we have kept close contact with our agency regarding progress.  A rep from our agency was actually in Russia recently, so we were able to get several new up-to-date photos ... our child is already getting SO big!! ... and we have been at least generally researching the area we will be going to.
In general, there is just a fair amount of politics involved right now, so we are prayerful that these "events" will be cleared-up soon.  Once that has occurred, it should help things to progress forward more smoothly again.
So, thanks for reading and following along.  I'm sure at some point, there will be more to write about, but currently it's still a lot of waiting.  We are patient... we knew this was part of the process.  If the process were too smooth or too easy, we would surely have missed-out on the lessons we've learned thus far.
